on hindsight, i think this should have appeared here. so here's last night's post on yesterday's events, taken from from my other blog

i shall type this post as if it is the night of 15th may, which in reality is true but technically false because it’s now the early morning of 16th may.

today has proved to be quite a long day, and i feel too tired to blog about what i wanted to yesterday. i failed to do so because i was watching tv from 11 to 12 and thereafter rushed out my econs ia4 second draft before sleeping. looks like the experience of thursday has to be delayed once more, but i simply have to get it out one day. an experience such as that definitely deserves to be mentioned.

i guess relative to the past few days today can actually be considered quite good. IT’S GERI’S BIRTHDAY!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GERI! (not that she’ll ever see this but oh well doesn’t matter)

i shall cease to go into a detailed account of what happened today. in brief, school with lessons, chemistry lecture by mr george chong where i found out about the awesomeness of george chong, softball match between acsi second team and tjc (or was it tpjc?), mad walk in orchard area, dinner at brewerkz at clarke quay to celebrate geri’s birthday!

upon leaving, sheryl asked me if i was going home to study. i replied, nah, maybe watch one tree hill? but on the way back, i decided i shall do a bit of chemistry in view of the chemistry option D lecture tomorrow morning. may it be a sign that my efforts in muggerfying myself are working.

ah yes i just recalled, i had a somewhat epic econs lesson. disussing a particular question. sometime over the weekend, amidst playing/slacking, working on my world lit second draft, redoing my econs ia3, doing my ee, i shall ‘om’ over the question. i need to gain enlightenment.

cadbury chocolate. i finally bought the 250g bar of cadbury chocolate. i threw away 12 ’squares’ because it was kinda melted after leaving it at the table during dinner. oh well. black forest. i think i would have preferred hazelnut? possibly the one with crunchie in it. i shall go find dark chocolate one day and enjoy myself (alas! at the expense of my increasing waistline)

in an effort to control my weight, i have embarked on a diet!
there are no restrictions on the kind of food i eat though.
one or two restrictions on the quantity of food while another is a restriction on the amount of time i have to eat.

now that cross has ended, i won't be running as regularly. hopefully once or twice a week, which is a lot less from the three or four times a week when i was still training. i'm going to be fatter!! because my calorie intake remains the same or increases as i allow myself to eat really really unhealthy food now while the calories i burn decreases from the lesser amount of physical activity i take part in.

i. don't. like. being. phat. meh

chemistry test is over. i screwed it up. sigh.
english paper 1 test tomorrow after school. (pissing why can't it be during school?!)
die. it's over already.
math test on wednesday. the moment i respawn from english test i get killed again. sian.
negative frag already
english paper 2 test on friday after school again. urgh. the final blow.
KO!

went to watch the A div softball match against RI(JC) [stupid name if you ask me, i prefer rjc, but oh well]. quite interesting i guess, and it helped that we won 15-5. hahaha well done to the team!

i need to become a robot, devoid of emotions.

this is my 750th post. three quarters on the way to a thousand. wow.

for the past few days, on channel 5 when they're showing those "commercials" for upcoming programs/shows. the one for harper's island had this phrase, "one by one", said in a rather haunting female voice. and they repeated it i think thrice throughout. quite freaky yet cool.

and the above paragraph was completely random but not exactly irrelevant. i think.
"one by one" shall be my motto, sort of anyway. finish up the assignments/studying i have to do "one by one", focusing my mind on one before moving on to the next, ignoring for the time being everything else so that i do not feel That demoralised.

yes, i shall tackle these obstacles, "one by one", and before i know it, i shall see the empty field ahead of me, that i might spring all the way to the end.

not doing too good now though. i told myself yesterday that it would be my rest day.
i had spent the earlier part of the week trying to do my tok essay (which i handed up yesterday and it has gone to the back of my worklist for now).

since yesterday was napfa 2.4km run (which seriously drained my physical strength for the rest of the day), and there was ninja warrior and criminal minds to watch, i decided to just take a breather before i 'chiong' this crazy weekend. of course that's the plan. rest, and then get down to it. the plan which works about 2% of the time, or less.

it's 1230hrs on friday and i have not started a single bit of work. the work i have to do over this weekend. history EE third draft (hopefully complete it)/world lit second draft (look through before consultation)/study for english test (2 papers), chemistry test and math test.

gee, it's actually only three things. right. must work hard. need to focus.
