this is not a good time to be breaking down. physically.
seriously. sigh there are just too many things going on
i need to sleep more. need to recover more.
i need to get things under control. wait no.
i need to give everything to Him to control.
i never thought this would happen. looks like it did.
alright chinese test over. chem test over. needless to say i'm going to die.
math test tomorrow. chinese oral tomorrow. english presentation tomorrow.
not good.
even worse because i'm like half sick? nose been problematic since coming home.
the amount of tissue i've used today just for my nose is probably more than the amount of tissue i used for my nose from 1st jan 08 to 24th feb 08.
crap.
it's time to focus.

ahh i sort of like today's training...
200m X 15 X 2sets
but i only did 16 of the 30 runs. ):
finished first set, rest, then did 1 run for the second
by then both of my shins pain. (what's new? it's been pain for weeks)
so garry told me to stop. ahhh
i spent the rest of the time putting ice on my shins.
ahh my heart feels so slack!
then margaret went to rub my shins.
my goodness super painful! i was close to screaming.
but i just spoke loudly. haha craps man.
i hope they get better..... then can run more.
i want to improve! lol i'm crazy.
seriously i think i'm going to die next week.
monday - chinese test, chemistry test, history presentation (i think)
tuesday - maths test, english presentation, chinese oral
o man i die for maths test. really really die.
chemistry maybe got chance to pass. although quite slim. haha
time to become mugger sam chan!

what a day.
history test. after receiving horrible news. just in shock.
cross training wasn't too good either. i realised how slow i am.
and i didn't have anyone around my pace, so i'm not sure if i was pushing.
just have to persevere.
sigh.
did i mention i was late for tuition? like half an hour late?
o man... apparently i wasn't the latest.
so we just started at 8 instead of 730. and end at 10 instead of 930.
