i am close to my 500th post. ok whatever.
yesterday i went for stomp! an event jointly organized by acpb and mgpb. it didnt seem like much fun it became much fun. HAHA
ok i was in delko, which is a nice group. haha everyone was all so nice, and but they didnt live up to their I-ness. almost everyone took the DISC personality test before and everyone (except me) had an I somewhere, either first or second [im SC btw, really] but in the end, they werent so I in the end, haha but we still got on very fine. HAHA after some stuff, and the listening about other school's prefectorial board/student council we had lunch, before games. like those where you go to the different stations. haha its quite fun i guess.
the first for my group. crawl through some course thing. like under tables, on tables while one person is blindfolded and another to guide. and get 3 clues, one is the classroom, the other is the locker, and the next is locker combi and then you open the locker and get your next clue.
the second place was at the artificial turf. multisport. 3 groups. you run to the other white line and back, and play whatever sport it is either captain's ball, soccer or floorball. haha its quite tiring, running up and down, and it depends on how many ppl they want to run haha but i think we had fun! plus we got a shorter route, so we kept on winning most of the games. haha delko is just too owning! haha
the third place was outside auditorium. using 2 tables and 2 chairs, move across from one end to the other end but cannot touch the rafia strings thing. haha delko was quite fast! haha i think. but we were really very smooth and all looks like we're just too good (:
the fourth place is at the roundabout so we have the human wheelbarrow thing, and do it to some bucket thing if socks and a pink liquid and either the guy or girl has to answer a question if wrong, then someone will drip some of the pink liquid onto your hair and so my group has 3 guys. 1 kena once, another didnt at all and i had it thrice! 3 times i had that pink liquid on my hair and it ran down to my neck.. haha and once you answer the question you use an ice cream stick to lift up a sock for 5 seconds with your mouth of course. yucks.
the fifth place is some obstacle course thing, where you go through some rafia thingy, then go around an umbrella 10 times step on the stones and slide. then eat a grape without hands throw balls at cans (but if all the cans are down already then you dont have to do it) and then wait for everyone to finish once everyone is done, you eat peas. dried raw peas which tasted horrible everyone was complaining! o yucks! but the sliding bit was fun. all the soap and all. o man haha
then later some waterbomb game. haha ive played so many already, so not say a lot of kick la. haha and my right arm hurts, the shoulder muscle bit. man and it still does. and so basically if i raise my right arm till its parallel to the ground i can feel a bit of pain. i dont like it. haha
then i went to shower earlier, and stone around till my parents came before i left for dinner with my grandfather its his birthday! went to some place in vivo, bosses restaurant. going to vivo on a saturday sucks because its so crowded and we had to go all the way to level 7 because there were no lots. prior to that we had to queue to get inside the carpark, man. the food wasnt fantastic, can do. haha. but anything la. then yeah, went home.
and yeah, like normal stuff?
haha stomp is good. i miss it, somewhat. haha
today is such a bad day. was really moody, fluctuating between being ok and sad/not happy not happy meaning like not sad but kind of angry? easily angered? very difficult to explain, and its really horrible to be like that. im sorry to _ school is starting tomorrow. sigh.

i think this is going to be my 498 post. a few more and i'll reach 500 posts on this blog. haha im excited! ok maybe not.
lets review some of the goals i made earlier
i need to list out some goals of the holidays, so at least i can fulfill some of them
1) dont screw up debate camp 2) dont screw up prefect stuff, which is mainly BOB stuff 3) do most of my homework, the rest see how :P 4) finish my jigsaw before debate camp 5) finish the giant hersheys kiss before the end of holidays 6) run more often and be able to do 10 pull ups
ok those were taken from the 7 JUNE post...
well i think debate camp went quite well, haha well bob stuff, no comments. homework..ok i plan to finish zhouji tonight, and chem soon. the rest..still see how haha i finished my jigsaw before debate camp. YAY!
i am SO NOT GOING TO FINISH THE HERSHEYS KISS BEFORE THE END OF HOLS too big. haha
im running a bit more often, and no 10 pull ups is still a bit far, haha working towards it.
ok im bad at reaching goals.

church camp is over.
i must say, it is quite good.
the messages although at times long but still entertaining enough, and clear enough to understand what the speaker is saying. he is a good speaker, really. i would like to listen to him again, because of the way he presents God's message to all of us.
4 days 3 nights. i think it is kind of short, haha definitely i'd like it to be longer 5 days 4 nights anyone? played soccer on sunday, monday, tuesday (i think) went swimming/amateur water polo on sunday, monday, tuesday (i think) haha went running (a bit) on monday and tuesday (but it is really a little bit only) and wasted all that effort by eating a lot, haha
the food wasnt that fantastic, ok there was one meal that was quite good but the rest were, normal food i guess, nothing much to shout about nor was it so horrible that its inedible. o well at least i managed to get a bit tanner.
haha i must say that at night there are 2 highlights. the first night was spent playing bridge, teaching jeremiah how to play and its only among a few of us, so its quite mundane.
second night. somehow, we started to play texas hold em a slightly different version then the one i learnt, but its so slight that i actually could understand perfectly and so we had 1 adult (30+), a lot of young adults, those either in army or university or just finished either and some youths, sec3 and above. all guys. we had no chips, so after a while we decided to bet with push ups, minimum bet 2, maximum 4. and we played. at the end of it all everyone did a lot already, and most of them did proper push ups, as in standard. (army) the youth who havent gone army all did a different way, haha and i realised its easier, so i shall go do the standard next time and train. haha! ok nvm. it was really fun, haha and i managed to win the 2 rounds with the highest bid one went up to 30 push ups, and i managed to win with a King pair and Ace pair almost lost. thank goodness. imagine doing 30 push ups in addition to the probably 40+ i did earlier already. and then the last game, it went to minimum 3 push ups and maximum 6 push ups after a while everyone folded then it was me and joel and he put 6, and i put 6 too, then it went till i think 39 push ups and then he lost. HAHA jiayi thought i would lose because joel had 2 pairs, but i had a flush. then joel kena since so tired already (everyone did about on average 60+ push ups already, or more) they say ok do 80 sit ups and he did halfway then tired, then jiahan suggested berpies (ok i have no idea how to spell it but its pronounced something like that) basicaly it means you stand up straight, then squat and then kick both legs out such that your body enters a push up position, then bring your legs back in and then stand up straight. thats 1 berpy. and so to do a lot is very tiring of course. and joel had to do 40 or 50 i think. he didnt stand up straight in the end, but its forgiveable since its so tiring then at the end of it all he was breathing quite heavily. whoa respect. haha
then some of us went to watch witch hunter robin, of course i was the only one that wanted to watch it in the first place 1230 on central. then go back to our respective villas and sleep.
3rd night. last night. a lot of random stuff. killing of really big flying ants which came one by one and we killed about say 60? im not sure. and around 2+ or 2 most of the people (youth and young adults) went to play murderer not the card kind and wink wink kind, but nvm, im too lazy to explain and we played until 530 i think. that was the last round. some left earlier, to catch a few hours of sleep, others left nearer the end because it was really quite late. haha and by the time i reach the villa it was 6am, almost finished packing 6.23 then i slept. jiayi woke me up at 810 (approximately) and we went for breakfast. i was feeling really really drowsy, and like huh what just happened? it was difficult to be alert. haha breakfast, then message. tried really hard to stay awake throughout i failed. at some points i found myself dozing off. urgh.
haha i was really quite tired for the whole day. o but jolene is now less hostile towards me haha and she doesnt beat me anymore! not really. haha and thaddeus can smile and wave at me! o man im so happy!! (:

ok i have finally gotten down to posting some pictures which are almost a week old.
this is the giant hersheys kiss that i was talking about in my previous posts its taller then my hand from bottom of palm to tip of middle finger btw. but it's hollow, like you can see in the picture below
ok this is not the original dimensions because i scaled it down in a most inaccurate manner but yeah as you can see it is hollow. and i have eaten that much mostly on my own, with my family members taking little bits it is about 1cm thick in case you dont already know
i shall leave this in the original dimension because i cant be bothered to scale this and its my 999 piece puzzle! of which i completed on sunday (see sunday's post) haha im quite proud of myself. started on tuesday and finished on sunday minus of friday since i didnt touch it, thats 5 days. and on tuesday i only did the border so wednesday and thursday and saturday i did the most. sunday was just the final bit. considering i only allowed myself to do it in natural light, im happy with myself. haha happy sam chan! o man ive never felt so tired in such a long time!
the holidays are really good for recharging. this holiday that is.
2nd day of debate camp. it went well.
everyone could solve the clues... paul and i should have made it more difficult
and since we put so much effort (a few hours, but not at one shot) into creating the clues,
with some suggestions from people, ive decided to put them up here!

and somehow waiting for people can be so tiring.
i was with rachel and edmond, then at paragon, doing things.
i came later since i had to hold the participants back, then leave with them
then after some confusion, i managed to get any teams coming to the station to meet me at starbucks in the paragon basement
and i had them do a tame task.
which isnt as evil as sooo many other peoples (ahem ahem weird clothing)
it was a simple case of mixing at starbucks.
one cold drink, one hot drink.
1 team had raspberry frappuchino
2 or 3 had mango frappuchino
2 or 3 or more had green tea frappuchino
all with whipped cream
and the hot drink was random, so i cannot remember.
but its under the make it your own drink thing at starbucks.
any hot drink with
whole, soy or non fat milk
quite a few different syrups
a choice of whipped cream or not
and how many shots of espresso...
so all the hot drinks had 1 shot espresso and whipped cream.
all 3 milks were tried out by different groups
and i gave the teams raspberry syrup, irish cream syrup, no sugar vanilla syrup, caramel syrup.
i think only those 4, or more, not sure. haha.
and to be fair to them, i actually tried what i gave them!
see im so nice.
so i'll mix it for them by taking some of the 2 drinks and put into separate cups, then mix it and they drink it together.
then i'll borrow a cup and take a little bit.
most of the groups were grossed out by the sight of the mixing,
then when they drink it, they said, hey
its actually not bad!
haha like ok seriously, its not super disgusting. but i wont say its good too. haha
the mango ones are the worsts, in my opinion.
and only 1 raspberry cuz it was sweet enough to make it taste relatively good. so i stopped.
and rachel and edmond said im too nice,
since all of them after drinking commented its not bad.
haha
but what can i do? sam chan is naturally a nice guy! (:
ok maybe not. haha. i rather agree with the not side. yep yep.
1 more day. im starting to miss it already. darn. haha.

ok i finished my puzzle!! at around 1640hrs
but i realised i got cheated!! omg wah lao! the puzzle is 27 by 37 pieces, which gives you 999.
nooo not 1000 pieces?! chey! only 999. and i got so happy for nothing. haha nvm, next time i'll make sure there are 1000 pieces. haha if there is a next time that is.
im trying to catch up with everything that's happening for debate camp which starts tomorrow. o dear, organizing it was meant to be easy. haha. darn.
and then there still is bob to worry about.
i wished you were mine, but then i changed my mind.

and i cant post more pictures cuz the batt is too low, and i cant be bothered to change. but ive finished about 60% of the puzzle. finished the underwater bit soon i can start on the above underwater bit haha
what slow progress im making. was getting quite frustrated plus i wasnt home from 1-5 because of math tuition (includes travelling time) where i effectively finished the core math stack of questions hopefully by saturday i'll start on the add math stack and hopefully by saturday i can get the chem worksheet, since i cant seem to find mine
finally i took a look at the physics holiday homework... and i came close to fainting, haha i lost all mood to do homework (actually i must say doing core math was at times quite enjoyable) now i have physics left, chem worksheet, add math, and chinese a lot of chinese. 1 more zhou ji entry plus some book thing. omg i cant be bothered to do the book thing... i hope to finish most before church camp

im having fun during the holidays! previously was having fun during the holidays participating in fun activities last year's holidays was hectic, and i can still remember it
27-30 may ltc 2 31 may cutting the fibreglass cast and freeing my left arm (: 1 june june act 5 june go ajc for some waste time thing before the competition 6 june supposed to go to ajc again but i went rjc for rmun presentation instead 7-9 june rmun!!! 9-11 june ldc (i left rmun right after prize presentation and went for ldc late, haha) 12-16 june church camp
the last week was relatively free, with math tuition taking up the morning/afternoon for 2 days
and now this year,
26 may bb parade (which is normal) 28 may chinese o levels and going out, plus watching my sis in acjc's choir concert 30 may watch some show and then play soccer 2 june founders ceremony. 9 course lunch! free! haha then go yiwei's house and have fun! 8 june which is tomorrow, me and toh have a date to go shopping. HAHA 11-13 june debate camp 17-20 june church camp
and that is all! plus tuition on all 4 thursdays of course. its more slack. ive gone out more often then ever, which isnt a lot, haha ive watched 3 movies this holiday, in 8 days. pirates on 28, spiderman 3 on 29 [omg i watched spiderman after pirates!] and blades of glory on monday. funny/hilarious gay show... im going shopping tomorrow, hopefully i can get a new adidas shoebag since i lost mine along with my bb boots a shirt, and a present for my sister, who's birthday is on saturday. i just hope i have enough cash. heh o and that reminds me i need to buy something for someone else. haha so amusing.

o did i mention i started eating a giant hersheys kiss last night? its apparently the worlds largest herseys kiss, which is some really big kiss that is hollow, because inside it they placed lots of regular sized hersheys kisses, which most have been consumed by now. some guy bought it for my sister. haha its really huge!!
the diameter of the base of the kiss is between 15-20 cm (rough estimate) and the height is between 20-25 cm (rough estimate) with the chocolate being of 1cm thickness or slightly more at certain points my sister will pay me 2 bucks if i finish it. haha supposed to be at one shot but my mom didnt allow me to she was afraid i would fall sick, get a sore throat and what not and im quite glad she did that because i was in no mood to finish the whole thing at one go not that i can i think. its just too big for me. ): and after eating, you start to feel very very sian of it and too full and because of it all, im going to get FATTER

haha the 3 sweets in my pencil case... i love my pencil case!
these are the 4 sweets i have. i dont trust the ricola box in my pencil case.. if a pen leaks (one did recently)...then.. i dont want to think about it
and look! i decided to start on a 1000 piece puzzle despite the fact that i have homework left undone. o well...
took this outside my house. personally i quite like it. but then again i like sunsets/sunrises/skies. i feel like posting all the pictures that i took during the holidays, but that'll be too many...ahhh!
i feel like today has been such a good day. (:
o and i watched blades of glory yesterday with some primary school ppl. zx, nicolas, kartik, adwyn, bryan, zoe, yikai and yue chin. at ps. seriously, blades of glory has got to be one of the most gay shows ive seen. that is g or pg. discounting those like brokeback mountain.
they show the guy carrying another guy by his crotch. yucks. haha but its really good for laughs. seriously quite funny. but watching it on a weekend i think its not worth it.
i like the holidays.

the last 2 weeks of the holidays. not so free.
at least not as free as the first 2 weeks. i am practically home most of the weekdays. that is like quite good. actually VERY GOOD!
because its been an extremely long time since ive actually had a holiday like this but like all holidays, there will always be homework. a lot of homework. and so ive resolved to use this week to complete most of my homework.
